To Document, Model, and Impart the Heart and Activity of Worship--We seek to record worship music for the church by drawing from and encouraging what God is inspiring in the Vineyard.

Dear Songwriter,
In keeping with our Vision statement (as stated above), the song submission department invites you to submit songs for consideration for future recording projects.

What we are looking for are:

Songs sung within the Vineyard movement.
Songs written for the express purpose of leading people into God’s presence.
Songs that have been tried and proven within any and all worship settings.
(i.e. Sunday worship, home groups, conferences, etc.)
Songs that effectively lead people into worship of God.
Songs that are scripturally accurate.
Songs that are congregational in nature.

If you would like to submit a song (s) for consideration, the following criteria must be met completely in order to process the song (s):

CD, Cassette, DAT, or Mini-Disc with a maximum of three songs per submission.

--If you’re submitting a church CD that contains more than three songs, please specify the order in which you want your songs submitted.

(Please make sure your name, song title(s), date, and phone number are on it!)

Chord chart/lyrics must accompany each song submitted.
Letter of recommendation from a Vineyard pastor explaining your involvement within the Vineyard church and the involvement of each song within the Vineyard movement. (An updated Pastor’s Letter will be required every two years)

Personal introduction letter ("Bio")
Brief "history" (of each song)

(i.e. The settings in which you have used the songs; how long you have been using the songs; how other worship leaders/churches are using the song, etc.)

If any one of these items is missing, your submission will be placed on hold until all the criteria are met.*

Please allow 6-8 months from the time that all the above-mentioned criteria are met to the time that the process has reached completion. You will be notified in writing as to the status of your submission. Because of the number of submissions we receive, we require that all inquiries be made either via e-mail or postal mail. No phone calls, please.

*CDs, cassettes, etc. and print material submitted cannot be returned. All incomplete submissions received that are not completed within 60 days will be canceled and the materials discarded.
